My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were spacious and light, offering a comfortable stay with excellent views, but unfortunately, my room overlooked a multilevel parking garage. The service was absolutely wonderful overall, but the occasional door slammed in my face. The location was superb, being strategically placed near all major attractions of Munich. The dining experience was a mix of magic moments with a wide buffet selection and a bit minimalistic at times. The facilities were good, providing the essentials for a pleasant stay.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms are very cozy and comfortable, fully complementing a lovely experience. I was on the 5th floor with a fantastic view over the roofs of Munich, which was so quiet and serene. The location is fabulous, providing easy access to the city center and all the best spots in Munich. However, the dining experience was minimalistic, and the service was a bit overwhelming at times.
My stay was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible service and wonderful rooms. The hotel is a luxurious haven with top-notch facilities, but there are some pricey surprises to watch out for. Overall, a memorable experience that exceeded my expectations.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, staff excellent, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The view from the 5th floor over the roofs of Munich was fantastic and very quiet, although the direct view into a multilevel parking garage was a bit disappointing. The service was top-notch, recommending great places nearby and always being professional and attentive. The location was perfect, tucked around the corner from all the best shopping areas and Christmas markets. The dining experience, while minimalistic, offered a really good food selection, but I expected it to be even more delicious considering the hotel's luxurious reputation.
